Pongpetch Certified Partner
A farm joins as it is and moves up as its records grow. Three tiers, one set of rules, prices announced ahead.
Three tiers
Registered. On record. Closed loop.
A partner moves up as its records grow. Every tier is measured from our records, never from a feeling.
- Tier 1
Registered
Signs our organic rules, sends its own certificate, receives our specifications. Its certificate's expiry is watched.
- Own certificate on file
- Rules signed
- Specifications received
- Tier 2
On record
Every lot numbered, every delivery checked on arrival, a laboratory sample once a year, a farm record at least once a month by LINE, an internal check before the certifier's.
- Lot on every delivery
- Monthly farm record
- Can be named on the lot page
- Tier 3
Closed loop
A livestock farm runs entirely on our feed. A plant farm has completed one buying contract. An announced price with a premium, and its own name on its own products.
- Price announced 30 days ahead
- Premium on the price
- Sells under its own name too
The partner rules
One document. Plant farms and livestock farms alike.
Short enough to read, clear enough to check. These are its six main points.
Every partner must hold its own certificate
Or an application in progress with a conversion plan. Nothing it sells is called organic until the certificate is issued.
Every lot gets a number
From the day a partner registers, everything it sends us carries a lot number, checked on arrival.
Nothing outside the certificate
No product sold to us as organic that the certificate does not cover. No prohibited input on any part of the farm that supplies us.
We announce prices ahead
Buying prices at least 30 days in advance, with a review window when the market moves beyond the agreed band for 30 days.
We guarantee what we have orders for
We pay for the normal round of laboratory tests. We do not lend, and we do not pay in advance.
Names only with consent
A partner is named on a public lot page only with its written consent.

Named here as each partner agrees.
